Welcome to MyFinAP, a behavioral finance technology designed to help users build healthier financial habits through psychological insights, behavioral economics, and personal spending analysis. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MyFinAP mobile application and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access any part of the app, users must create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.
MyFinAP offers features at no cost and paid auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed via the App Store or Google Play. Charges will recur unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
We collect financial data, including bank transactions, for the purpose of providing insights and recommendations. This data is collected via our third-party partner Plaid, and is stored securely. By using MyFinAP, you authorize us to access and use this data under Plaid’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
Users may upload receipts or financial documents. This content is not visible or shared with any users. MyFinAP does not host or facilitate any public or community content sharing.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our policy.
